Cancellation Policy
I understand unanticipated events happen, occasionally, in everyone’s life. It is my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies will be honored:

12 to 24 hour advance notice is required. This allows someone else to schedule an appointment. Exceptions are: Wake up sick on day of appointment or true emergency.  Please call to let me know if that is the case.  Thank you.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” After 3 "no-show" you will be dismissed as a client.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate other clients' appointments. Depending on lateness, I will then determine if there is enough time  to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to me and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time. Out of respect for you, I will start on time.
